Fried Prawns with Fresh Mushrooms in Cream Sauce

调制方法
180 g prawn 8/12 (peeled) 
20 g fresh shiitake 
20 g fresh mushroom 
20 g eringi mushroom 
15 g abalone mushroom 
15 g white fungus 
3 g coriander stem 
5 g garlic (thinly sliced) 
80 cc chicken stock 
15 g butter 
20 cc fresh cream 
3 g chives (finely chopped)
Sautee all the mushrooms with butter and garlic. Stir them together and season with salt. Plate them. For the peeled prawns, season, roll in flour and cook both sides in the wok, poor in wine and steam cook with a lid. Lay the cooked prawns on the mushrooms. Add butter, fresh cream in chicken stock soup and season with salt to prepare the sauce. On top of the prawns lay the sauce and decorate with chopped chives.
