Facilities include eight treatment rooms offering separate changing rooms, saunas, steam rooms, lifestyle showers, ice fountains and relaxation areas for men and women.

Enjoy the luxurious range of heat and cooling experiences which cleanse the body and skin, relaxing and soothing aching muscles to prepare your body and mind for the treatment experience to follow. These include separate male and female:

Spa Treatments
All treatments allow clients use of The Spa facilities including the Heat facilities and Relaxation areas. A minimum of 1 hour 50 minutes treatment time booking is required for non-hotel guests, and this should be guaranteed with a credit card.

Homecare
To continue your Spa regime and experience at home, all products used in the treatments are available from the Spa Reception.
