Sister to the famous Kyoto restaurant, Tsuruya offers a contemporary setting serving Japanese kaiseki and tempura.
Celebrate the taste, aroma and colors of summer in ten-course kaiseki feasts. In menus that change monthly, Pike Conger may be enjoyed as Sashimi, simmered with tender vegetables or served thinly sliced in a flavorful and nourishing hot pot. Sweetfish and Sea Bass, two seasonal delicacies from the river and sea respectively, are salt-grilled, simply, to showcase their full flavors. The artfully presented meal ends sweetly with seasonal fruits and cooling desserts.
The ten-course monthly kaiseki dinner includes appetizer, sashimi, soup, assorted dishes, grilled fish, vegetables, onabe, rice, seasonal fruits and sweets.
The price is ¥22,000 per person and inclusive of tax and service charge.
