Inspired creations by Chef Patrice Martineau include his signature Sendai Beef Brisket Confit in Red Wine, Crushed Smoked Purple Potatoes with Green Olives, Caramelized White Turnips and Ecuadorian 70% Cacao Chocolate Dome, Peach Almond Creme Brulee, Amaretto Reduction, Caramel Biscuit Macaron.

As the nightlights start to shine through Peter's floor-to-ceiling windows, and with your imagination now fully engaged, step out into the cityscape to explore Marunouchi and Ginza's many upscale shops, bars, clubs, galleries and live jazz venues.

The Peter at Twilight dinner is priced at ¥6,500 and is available daily for reservations from 5:30 pm only.

Reserved only for The Lobby, one of Peninsula's most celebrated traditions is now offered at Peter: The Bar for a limited time. Located on the 24th floor of The Peninsula with views of Hibiya Park.

Elegantly presented on three-tiered stands, select from an assortment of finger sandwiches, pastries, scones and jams. Finger sandwiches include Egg Salad, White Ham, Cucumber Dill and Tomato Basil. Fruit Tarts, Plum Flam, Macaroons and Choux Chantilly are a few of the pastries on offer. While Saffron Mango and plain scones with Fig-Tomato jam and cream complete this afternoon tradition.

Selections of exclusive Peninsula Teas such as Peninsula Afternoon Blend, Earl Grey and Darjeeling from the Classic range, together with a wide selection of Flavored, Herbal, Chinese and Organic teas accompany the Afternoon Tea set. Included is a complimentary glass of Peninsula Champagne.

Afternoon Tea at Peter: The Bar is served daily 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm and is priced at ¥3,800 per person. Reservations are accepted.
