The Peninsula Tokyo has partnered with LEGLE FRANCE, a luxury French porcelain brand, to launch the unique dining experience “RUYI Gastronomy” in its signature Cantonese restaurant Hei Fung Terrace.

Experience an enchanting feast for the senses as Executive Chinese Chef Dicky To prepares a specially-created RUYI Gastronomy menu, offering such specialities as Imperial Bird's Nest Soup, Stir-Fried Tankaku Beef, and Braised King Prawn with Shanghai Crab Roe. Complementing the cuisine will be tableware pairings and patterns hand-picked exclusively by RUYI’s founder and creative director Desmond Chang.
