To celebrate the arrival of Spring and cherry blossom fever, Peter: The Bar offers three original cocktails inspired by the season. The gin-based Anniversary Bouquet mixes elderflower liqueur, cherry syrup, and lime and cranberry juices with a splash of tonic water. The Sakura Margarita combines cassis vodka with a tequila-based orange liqueur, cherry syrup and lemo juice for bright flavour. Spring Grace blends cherry and raspberry liqueuers with cardamom bitters and sparkling wine for an uplifting drink that’s perfect as an aperitif.
